Coming soon sections
A coming soon page is the header chapter's page and nothing else: the contact section and the footer. Both reuse the landing markup exactly, so the two sections are covered in their landing chapter and referenced here for the page assembly.
Contact section
The #aonomy-contact section is the same markup as the landing page's contact section, and the
form posts to the same assets/form/sendmail.php with the same
assets/form/sendmail_config.php settings.

Footer section
The #aonomy-footer footer is the same markup as the landing page's footer, map band and
copyright band included.
